How prevalent is Bell's palsy in early hiv infection.I've had it along with a number of other things and am terrified
Response from Dr. Feinberg
I have seen a few cases of Bell's palsy in HIV+s, but do not think it's especially common in early HIV infection. It is also an illness that occurs in HIV-s. If you are not seeing an HIV specialist, then I urge you to do so. Talk to your doctor about treatment for HIV. Once HIV is under control, peole tend to have many fewer HIV-associated problems. Good luck!
