are there any skin problems associated with ars. and how long after infection would they start appearing?

The most common skin problem seen with Acute Retroviral Syndrome (ARS) is a reddish rash, flat to slightly raised, that can be limited or involve most of the body.

how do i know if these are hemmorrhoids?
how long before HIV becomes AIDS?
