| red spots-- is it KS? Mar 5, 2001 I Am hiv pos. My vl undetetectible my tcells 630 but i read a couple iof your ? they talked about red marks well i have a couple red small dots on my cheek under my eye . is that ks or fom my meds i see that you say its less likely in women which is what i am. thank you |

Kaposi's sarcoma is not only unusual in women, but it typically occurs when T cells are lower and HIV is replicating (growing), so your risk for KS seems vanishingly small. Since I can't see your spots, I don't know what they are. I suggest you see your HIV doctor or a dermatologist. |
