hello doc, are we suppose to feel a "swollen lymph node" as a small bump, always ? or is it deep inside the skin making it hard to feel. does the swollen node always hurt? Thank You.

Swollwn nodes can be felt as "bumps' if they're close to the surface of your body-- otherwise, you can't feel them because they are deep inside. They don't always hurt-- sometimes it's painless.
