Mulluscum still there after aldara cream

I am 24 years old AIDS free, and I have mulluscum contagious ,I have went through several cutterage treatments and now I am using Aldara (very expensive 152.00) I thought the mulluscum were going away ,but I have had some reoccur the dermotologist appointments are always hard to get so I was wondering what else can be done to help with my getting rid of these ? Please help I am running out of suggestions .Thanks

Molluscum lesions can be treated by a dermatologist, but that can also be expensive if you have a fair number of them. Control of HIV infection through use of combination meds may be the best answer, because you may experience a general improvement in your immune system that can then control the molluscum infection.
