Immunization for PCP and TB

Would a HIV+ person benefit from immunization for PCP & TB? Would it prevent the person from getting the diseases in future? if not what can one do?

There is no immunization for PCP yet. BCG, which is used in some countries-- especially developing countries-- to prevent TB, is not used in the U.S. because it causes a positive TB skin test and it is more valuable to look for a positive skin test to detect TB in the U.S. where it is not very common. Also, it is an imperfect form of protection.
