 I don't know.The levels of the alt and HCV PCR, does not correlate with the severity of the disease,and are not used to decide upon treatment.You need to have a liver biopsy to see the activity of the hepatitis, and the status of the liver,and if treatment is indicated now,or if you can wait.Discuss this with your doctor. | ||||||||
