SGOT and AGPT levels Sep 22, 2000 I am 43 male and I am doing a check up every year. It was always ok, until yesterday that the SGOT and SGPT level were high: SGPT=71(37) and SGOT=137(23) the GGT value was 54(50).Other levels were GLU 94(106), CHOL 180(191). Could you please advise on these values. In brackets you may see the values of last year |

 It sounds like you have elevations of liver enzymes. You did not tell what medications you are on if any. You should be tested for hepatitis B and C and A too, although it is not a chronic disease. If you are positive for any of these things, they are treatable! DTD | ||||||||
