Could the hepatitis C virus live in raw sewage containing fecal matter, used feminine protection, used condoms with semen, used syringes.

Hepatitis A is the most likely hepatitis to be found in sewage since it is excreted in the stool. Syringes could be a source of hepatitis B and C although it would be extremely unlikely for the virus to survive long enough to infect anyone. DTD
