hiv hep c and lymphodema

I have HIV and am also suffering from hep c and lymphodema. Could one of these diseases cause my fatigue? My viral load in undetectable and I have almost 500 tcells.

All of these diseases can cause fatigue. The most common symptom of hepatitis C is no symptom, but the second most common is fatigue. You should speak to your MD about treatment! DTD
