I am 20 year old male patient with mild weight loss, nausea, and vomiting who later developed jaundice and an enlarged liver.
These are my test results: Tests Results Normal Range Interpretation Total serum bilirubin 20 mg/dL Conjugated bilirubin 10 mg/dL ALP 140 U/L AST 300 U/L ALT 70 U/L Albumin 20 g/L Gamma globulin 15 g/L
What disease do I possess?

It is not possible to tell from the labs tests you share, what the cause of the liver illness is. I would ask your doctor about getting tested for specific types of viral hepatitis, including hepatitis B, C, A and E, and based on your history and physician exam, getting evaluated for other types of hepatitis from infectious and non-infectious causes.
