reduce travada doses

Hi My name is Kevin,i have been takind Truvada for 1.5 years.My HBV DNA is undetectable <116 copies/ml.My question is should i reduce the dose in half. Thanks

Great question...Truvada is made up of two medications in one pill - tenofovir and emtricitabine, which fight HBV.

Truvada is working well for you so I would keep it going...

Half the dose could lead to resistance - particularly the emtricitabine part of the pill.
