i am regnant and did a hbsag test that was positive and i was recommended the MICROBIOLOGY HEPATITIS B VIRAL DNA PCR - QUANTITATIVE and the result is HEPATITIS B VIRUS DNA <3.80 IU/mL PCR (QUANTITATIVE) Hepatitis B Virus DNA PCR <26.60 Copies/mL (Quantitative) [RT-PCR] can u please interpret

There is no detectable virus which is great.
Please confirm with your doctor that the first HBsAg test was "confirmed" by the laboratory.
If yes, then you have inactive HBV infection with no detectable virus. That is great news.
You will need serial monitoring over time to make certain that your infection remains inactive.
Please discuss these results further with your doctor.
