Hi my viralload of Hiv is undetectable, viralload Hep.B is 12.000 last check up. Surviving Hiv succeeds, but the Hep.B scares me, my energy is less then a few years ago, is it true i must be more afraid of Hep.B, because of Hiv i can't have transplantation so no alcohol and hoping the Truvada keeps on surpressing the HBV virus to, what are my options ?

It is great that your HIV is suppressed. Good job with that. As for the HBV, if you have been on Truvada for a while, there is one report that shows that 30% of HIV/HBV coinfected patients still had virus in their blood by this timepoint. The good news is that your load is low so I am still hopeful you will get there because there is no HBV drug resistance with Truvada.
You should have an ultrasound every 6 to 12 months to be certain that your liver size is normal. You should also be vaccinated against hepatitis A if not already exposed.
