Hepatitis Panel Interpretation -continuation
May 20, 2012

For Hep B Surface Ab, result is 1.62 H. For Hep B Core Ab, Tot and HBSAG Screen, results are both negative. For Hep C Virus AB, result is <0.1 Thanks!

Response from Dr. McGovern

If appears you don't have hepatitis C infection or Hepatitis B either. But you should be vaccinated against hepatitis B because your surface antibody level is low and not protective.
