What will be the prognosis of the patient with chronic(asymptomatic) hepatitis B HBs Ag positive but with the envelope antigen negative(non-reactive)?
| Response from Dr. McGovern
Can't really say without more information. One of the key issues will be if the patient has virus in their blood and if they are on treatment, which can lead to great suppression of virus.
