 It is not automatic. In fact the risk of spreading HBV through sex is higher than spreading HIV through sex, although transmission of both is possible. A lot also depends on the viral load. The higher the virus level the more risk of transmission. The other issue is route...Both viruses for example are better transmitted through anal sexual than through vaginal sex. | ||||||||
