| Hep. C from rubbing eye? Mar 7, 2011 I work at a hospital. I recently rubbed my eye after using a keyboard that I use to type in results after performing experiments. I want to know what the chances are that I could have gotten Hepatitis C from the keyboard with no visible blood on it after rubbing my eye? I have read that Hep. C transmission from a blood splash to the eye is pretty low. I would assume my risk is pretty small also. Thanks for your time. |

Response from Dr. McGovern
I don't anticipate any risk and would not suggest any testing. | |||||||||
