 You have evidence of HBV infection...I would recheck with your doctor in six months to see if this resolves or stays chronic. Your sex contacts should be immunized against HBV in the meantime. If your HBsAG remains reactive, you should have testing for HBV DNA and liver function tests to see if you have chronic active disease or chronic inactive disease. | ||||||||
