| hepa b treatment Sep 29, 2010 I was diagnosed last 2000 that I have hepa b. I was treated with zeffix. after 7 yrs of taking, my HVA DNA was 10 M parts, so Iwas treated with baraclude. My HVA DNA was down to 2000. Am I treated already? What is the alternative medicine from baraclude because its too expensive. Please help me am just an ordinary person.Waiting your response. Tnx |

Your response to Baraclude is encouraging. I hope you are taking 1.0 mg daily since after Zeffix (lamivudine) treatment failure you need a high dose. I would suggest getting your HBV DNA viral load down to no detectable virus...you are almost there...Then I would switch to something less expensive than Baraclude, depending on your country's formulary. | |||||||||
