You have evidence of HBV infection - I can't tell if it is recent or chronic.
I also can't tell if it is active or inactive. You will need a HBV DNA for this....Also would recommend following your liver function tests to get an idea of whether you need treatment or not.
You will need to follow your HBsAg for six months. If it is reactive still at that time, then you probably have chronic infection and may need treatment depending on your LFTs and other information that your doctor will review with you.
