I have HBV DNA not detected but HBsAG Positive. This is a good NEWS. I didn't test for last 6 motnhs. Please advise in this regard. Can I live happy life with my partner or need safety still in this scenarion.

You are an inactive carrier which is good news. You will also need ongoing monitoring to be certain that your HBV status does not change.
Your partner should be tested for hepatitis B and if negative, should be vaccinated. After vaccination, your partner should have testing for hepatitis B surface antibodies to be certain the vaccine worked.
another hepatitis vaccine in what year ?
