HEP A AB( TaG+TaM) Positive.

Hi there, I received my test results and under hematology for HEP its says HEP A AB( TaG+TaM) Positive. it also says, HEP Bs ANTIGEN----NEGATIVE, HEP Bs ANTIBODY <10. does this report means i am positive with Hep A? does it also say that my HEP B is negative? also, if I do have HEP a,will the shot be just fine?
an answer to this question will be much appreciated, thanks for the for your time in advance.

Your hepatitis A test probably means that you have had this infection in the past - often in childhood the infection is asymptomatic. It does NOT cause chronic liver disease so nothing else needs to be done.
Yes your hepatitis B tests indicate no chronic infection.
