helo.. 5 yrs ago..i am hepa b reactive.. the test says hbeAg reactive.. just want some afraid to go to a doctor until now, i feel like, its very shameful. am i contagious or anything coz i've been reading about this kind of infection but i really cant understand of nw i cant feel any symptoms.. is there any cure for this?? thank you so much for answering.

Nothing to be shameful of...You need to get medical help to make certain you do not develop liver disease. Not everyone does develop disease, so it is important to get follow-up to see what kind of care you need.

You should also have a hepatitis A vaccine if you have not been exposed in the past. Also limit exposure to alcohol.

At the very least, you should have follow-up of blood tests every six months to see if your liver function tests are elevated. If persistently elevated, you may need treatment to suppress your virus so it doesn't cause any more damage.
