Treatment of HCV with genotype 3b

My younger sister aged about 43 with 3 kids has 3b virus. Interpretation=1.5x10^6 copies /ml. Which type of interferon would you recommend for her treatment?

Response from Dr. McGovern

Either interferon should work well. Genotype 3b responds better than Genotype 1, which is more common in the US.
