pls help me my brother too im belong to a poor family my brother wants to go abroad but finally we found out that he has hepatitis i tried our best to have lab test and this is the result

You have evidence of chronic HBV infection. However, you need liver function tests and HBV DNA testing to see if the infection is active or inactive. HBV DNA is an expensive test however. I would not suggest this right now if you have to pay for it by yourself....
You do not have evidence of HCV infection.
I cannot tell if you had hepatitis A in the past because your test should be IgG for past infection - not IgM which tell you about new infection...
