what to do to become the Anti-HB's and anti-HBE become positive? because i learned that this two are essential for us Hepa B carriers healthy. Thanks and please explain to me what are these two things? Anyway, here is my result: HBSAG 858.2 reactive ANTI HBS <2.00 nonreactive ANTI HBC TOTAL 0.372 reactive HBEAG 619.3 Reactive Anti-HBE 4.67 nonreactive

You appear to have active HBV infection.
I would see if you can get liver function tests. If normal this will be very reassuring. If abnormal, you will need more monitoring to determine if you might need treatment.
It would be nice to have testing for HBV DNA if this is available to you to see how how your virus in your blood is before you undergo any therapy.
