please help

i am 8th week pregnant.concieved for the first time.i am: HBsAg : reactive (>250 IU/ml) anti-HBs : non-reactive (0 ml IU/ml) HBeAg : non-reactive(0.417) Anti-HBe : reactove (0.01) Anti HBc IgM : nonreactive(0.22) Anti-HBc TOTAL : reactive (0.0 index) please suggest me what should i do?..will my pregnancy work out?? my LFTs came out to be all normal..now what should i do?? will i have a normal kid?

I would ask your doctor to also check your HBV DNA to see if you are viremic. You may just be an inactive carrier, particularly since your liver function tests are normal.

Your baby will be vaccinated at birth and with a series of injections after that will protect her or him from acquiring infection. No worries there.
