simultaneous infections with Hiv and hep c Sep 27, 2009 I think I may have been infected with both hep c and hiv at the same time. I had a negative hiv test 7 months post exposure and am planning on taking another at 10 months. What are the chances that being infected by both would delay a postivie hiv result? thanks |

 As long as you are HCV negative now, I would no longer get tested since I am not concerned about a delay of HIV seroconversion. | |||||||||
