Thanks for your reply and translating my Hepa B results. Now that I need to wait for another 6 months for another re-testing, can I have Hepatitis B vaccine? Or shall I wait for the result of my next blood test? Again, the following is my last Hepa B test results:

Anti-HCV : Non Reactive
Anti HBC IGG : REACTIVE Patient's Count: 0.00 Cut-off Value : 1.00
Anti HBC IGM : REACTIVE Patient Count : 32 Cut-off Value : 10
Anti HBE : REACTIVE Patient Count : 0.00 Cut-off Value : 0.40
HBS AG : REACTIVE Patient Count : 42.47 Cut-off Value : 0.13
HBS AB : NONREACTIVE Patient Count : < 5 mUI/ml Cut-off Value : 5
HBE AG : NONREACTIVE Patient Count : 00.00 Cut-off Value : 0.10

If your anti-HBcore IgM is reactive, you already have acute infection.
Vaccine is to prevent infection - it is too late for that. Vaccine does not have any therapeutic effect once you have infection.
