hi doctor,i infected hep b as HBs ag 3.346 it's my letest test,when i infected really i don't know, and not had any problem i'm living normal. now i tested my LFT test its showing normal and HBeag-Negative and i planning to my marriage should i get marry and should i get baby please answer.

I can't tell how infectious you are to others, because I don't know if your hepatitis B DNA is detectable.

No matter what, your fiance should get vaccinated against hepatitis B to protect against infection.

You can have a healthy baby - the baby will need to be vaccinated as well to prevent infection. You must discuss your Hepatitis B infection with your obstetrician.
