elevated liver enzymes Apr 21, 2009 In Dec. liver enzymes normal. In feb I have kidney stones. pre-op blood work Alk phos 144 ast 80 alt 172 today alk phos 140 ast 57 alt 166 Hep A,C neg. Hep B S AB Quant >3oo I did have the vaccine 10 years ago. liver sono very mild fatty infiltrate, ct scan small hepatic cyst. Liver spleen scan normal. Chol is258 tri 181 ldl 179 hdl 62. was on macrodantin for bladder infections. I am 30lbs over weight. Is this fatty liver? What else do you reccommend to do? |

 Yes it does sound like fatty liver. I would increase your exercise (after discussion with your doctor) and try to lose at least 10% of your body weight. | ||||||||
