What is my stage as of these following diagnosis? 1. hepa b surface antigen - reactive (3610) cutoff 1 IMMUNOLOGY 2. SGPT/Alt 30.84 3. HbeAg (eclia) 0.100 non reactive 4. Anti HBc IgG (eclia) 0.007 reactive 5. Anti HAV IgG (eclia) >60.00 reactive 6. Anti HBe (eclia) 0.004 reactive SPECIAL TEST: Hepatitis B Virus-Viral L Result: 11430 copies/ml 1964 UI/ml

If your surface Ag has been reactive for more than 6 months you have chronic infection; however your ALT appears low and your viral load is also low. You will need further follow-up to determine the stability of these tests and over time you and your doctor can determine if you need a liver biopsy.
