Can I get Hiv or Aids from dry sex? Mar 2, 2009 Hello, I had dry sex with my exboyfriend tonight. We both had our underwear on, at one time I felt his penis on my butt as well as vagina. But all the time we were messing around I had my undewear on. When we started to mess around more, I felt his penis again around my area. I felt wettness around my vagina. Should I be worried for Hiv or Aids being transmitted through semen, if it was on my vagina? Not really sure if he erected, it didn't seem as if he did because he was still at full side? Should I be worried of catching anthing? |

 It does not appear that you are at risk. As for Hepatitis B, you may want to see if you have protective antibodies from prior immunization for any future exposures. Sex with condoms would be the best route in the future to keep yourself completely protected. | ||||||||
