It appears that you have chronic hepatitis B since your surface antigen (HBsAg) is reactive and your antibodies to core (anti-HBc) are reactive. However, that does not indicate you definitely need treatment. That decision would need more information, such as the persistence of the above markers for 6 months, persistently abnormal liver function tests (ALT/AST) and the presence of virus in your blood (HBVDNA), which I expect would be high. | |||||||||
