pls interpre this to me. i am so confused, i still don't have a doctor right now. i don't have money for medications.pls help me. 1.HBsAg 858.2 reactive 2.Anti-HBs <2.00 nonreactive 3.Anti-HBc Total 0.372 reactive 4.HBeAg 619.3 reactive 5.Anti-Hbe 4.67 nonreactive 6.Anti-HAV Igm 0.342 non reactive

It appears that you have chronic hepatitis B since your surface antigen (HBsAg) is reactive and your antibodies to core (anti-HBc) are reactive.
However, that does not indicate you definitely need treatment. That decision would need more information, such as the persistence of the above markers for 6 months, persistently abnormal liver function tests (ALT/AST) and the presence of virus in your blood (HBVDNA), which I expect would be high.
