I am a midwife,after giving hepa b vaccine to a newborn baby whose mother is hepa b reactive i accidentaly prick the needle.I was non reactive for hepa b and right away i started my anti-hepa vaccine until 3 doses.Do i need to have a immunoglubulin vaccine?pls. give mean advice

If I understand you correctly, you pricked yourself with a clean needle. There is no reason to have immunoglobulin then.
You should be protected against hepatitis B virus in the future however, since you are a healthcare worker. All HCWs should be vaccinated.
