hcv genotype 1a ultrasound results

the liver is 11.1cm in length without localized abnormality gallbladder and pancreas are normal. spleen is 11.4 cm.inferior cava and iliac artery appear normal.right kidney is 12.6cm and left kidney is12.1cm. there is a cyst in the upper right kidney less than 1 cm. there are some echodensities in the left kidney but without shadowing. what does this indicate?

The only thing this test tells me is that you don't have signs of cirrhosis - very advanced liver disease. However, you could still have hepatitis related to HCV infection.
