Dear Doctor I am a cronic hepa B patient past 20years No treatment is taken so far,My recent blood screaning result Hbsag +ve,HBeaAg -ve. HCV -ve, HIV -ve, Dna test -ve (non viremic) Ulrasonograppy result features are suggestive of cronic liver disease and mild spleanomegaly. Dear docter please give advice on future the disease , maximum life span can be expected and if any treatment you can suggest. i thank you in advance

It is good news that you do not have virus in your blood. However, I am concerned about your ultrasound showing splenomegaly. You will need to discuss these results further with your doctor to understand what could be causing this.
