I received unprotected oral sex from 2 women on June 21 2008. About 4 weeks later I developed the following symptoms 4 weeks post joint pain in my fingers, muscle pain all over my body which continue to now. 5 weeks post fatigue which lasted abut 3 weeks with nausea and lack of apatite 5 weeks post diarrhea which lasted about 5 weeks 8 weeks post exposure abdominal pain and discomfort lasted 3 weeks. 9 weeks my urine seemed to be darker but not the color of tea or cola. This still continues.
No sore throat, no fever over 99, no clay colored stool.
6 8 & 12 Negative HIV antibody. 5 week negative HIV by PCR. Alt 20 at week 8 and 9.5 Neg hep B / C antibody 9.5 weeks and not detected by PCR qualitive. Question do these tests rule out these viruses and should I look else where with my PCP for what could be causing these symptoms?

Your testing is reassuring and your risk was low to start. I would discuss other possible diagnoses with your physician.
