Hepa B Test Result

Hi, my brother is in the Philippines, he is 32yrs old and single. He just had another test done but I really couldn't understand what he was saying what the doctor told him. Please help me interpret his test result. I really want to help him in any way I can. Thank you so much.

HbsAG Patient count 3.500 cut-off value 0.105 REACTIVE

ANTI-HBs Patient count 65.0 cut-off value 180.0 NON-REACTIVE

HbeAg Patient count 0.069 cut-off value 0.105 NON_REACTIVE

Anti-Hbe Patient count 0.147 cut-off value 0.940 REACTIVE

Anti-HAV Igm Patient count 0.094 cut-off value 0.105 NON-REACTIVE

Anti- Hbc IgG Patient count 0.058 cut-off value 0.560 REACTIVE

All I can tell so far is that he is chronically infected with HBV. He will need to get testing of HBV DNA to see if he has virus in his blood - this will help determine if he is an active or inactive carrier.
