Hi, my brother is in the Philippines, he is 32yrs old and single. He just had another test done but I really couldn't understand what he was saying what the doctor told him. Please help me interpret his test result. I really want to help him in any way I can. Thank you so much.

All I can tell so far is that he is chronically infected with HBV. He will need to get testing of HBV DNA to see if he has virus in his blood - this will help determine if he is an active or inactive carrier.
