I have had a sustained viral response for almost three years. What are the chances of transmitting the virus through sexual contact?

Basically, once you have had a sustained virologic response (SVR), you are considered "cured" and you should not have any more issues related to hepatitis C (HCV) - unless you are re-exposed and get infected again.
