Hi, can you please help me interpret my test results:
Hep B Surf Ag - Neg, Hep B Surf Ab - Neg, Hep B Surf Ab,Conc -3.8 mIU/mL,
Hep B Core Ab - Pos, Hep A Ab, Total - Pos, Hep B "e" Ab - Pos, Hep B "e" Ag - Neg, HBV DNA, Qt, Interp - Neg, HBV DNA, Copies <100 copies/ML
AST - 53, ALT - 52, NCH - 32
Am I infectious? Do I need any treatment?

It appears that you have been exposed to Hepatitis B in the past but cleared the infection, since your surface antigen is nonreactive.
It appears that you are protected from hepatitis A - either you were vaccinated or you already had the infection and cleared it.
