hbsAg- positive hbeAg- negative hbeAb- positive, i came to know about my being hbsag positive in may 2007, in 2007 may SGPT-24 SGOT26 bilirubin .6 alkaline phosphatase-47, in2007 nov SGPT-33 SGOT25 bilirubin- .7 alkaline phosphatase-118, in jan 2008 SGPT-69 SGOT-49 bilirubin-.6 alkaline phosphatase-99, in 2008 feb SGPT-93 SGOT-78 serum bilirubin- .8 alkaline phosphatase-109 hbv dna- >110000000, in march 2008 SGPT-92 SGOT72 bilirubin- .8 alkaline phosphatase-91
doc can u pls interpret my results and suggest whats good for me right in this condition. i will be very greatful to u

You have HBe antigen negative infection with a high viral load and mildly abnormal liver function tests. I would discuss with your doctor the benefits of getting a liver biopsy to stage your disease prior to treatment.
