Is it not wise that I drink alcohol? About 3-5 drinks/shots in one night? (once or twice a month)

Since your surface antigen is negative, I do not think you have chronic HBV. As for the alcohol intake, my own opinion is that about 2 to 3 drinks in a night is probably "safe" but five or more may be problematic, even if infrequent.
