My brother undergo Hepa Profile laboratory the findings ff:
HBSAG - 1.055 Reactive ANTI-HBS - 1.80 Non Reactive HBeAG - 10.59 Reactive ANTI-HBE (REVERSE)- 0.648 Reactive ANTI-HAV IGM - 0.370 Non Reactive ANTI HBC IGM - 0.057 Non Reactive ANTI HCV - 0.045 Non Reactive.
Just wanna ask if he needs to undergo HBVDNA? or any addtional test. And if so, how many percent the possibility than he can be cure or how long it will take if he will take medicine?

Yes he should have HBV DNA checked to see if virus in present in his blood and he should have serial follow up of his liver function tests (AST and ALT) to help determine if a liver biopsy is necessary.
