| HBVDNA Nov 18, 2007 Hello, Thank you for your assistance in this matter. In August 2005 I had a HBVDNA on an inhouse Teqman PCR which detected <100 IU/ml. Recently I had a HBVDNA Roche test which detected 287 IU/ml. Is this an increase or a result of using different tests (are the tests different?). Is this increase something that should concern me, or is a minor fluctuation normal? My other results are normal except Bilirubin which has a range of 0-16, but I tested 22. Thanks Barbara |

Response from Dr. McGovern
this looks like a minor variation of low to no detectable virus. I would follow this up to be certain it stays low to non-detectable. | |||||||||
