Usually a hepatitis C antibody test result is reported as reactive or non-reactive. Your physician should clarify with the laboratory supervisor what the final result is. ' If there is question about whether your antibody test is positive or not, and you don't have risk for hepatitis C infection, a RIBA test will help clarify your status.
