I have a bood test are as follow: 1. Hepatitis C RNA-QUA < 28 2. HERpes Simplex Positive

What are these mean? Do I have Hepatitis C? Thanks for your help.

Your hepatitis C viral load appears to be non-detectable. That is good news. If your antibody is reactive and your virus is not detectable, you may have had the infection in the past, but cleared it.
