hepa b and oral sex Sep 9, 2007 i am a homosexual and just had a blowjob from someone i just met in a bar last sunday......i am so aware that hepa b can be transmitted through oral sex but i am just too drank that night that i wasnt able to control myself.........we didnt kiss each other....i didnt give him a blowjob.....my question is how likely am i to be infected with a virus from his blowjob? i just had my negative result last june......is it too late to vaccinate myself |

 No I would get immunized against hepatitis B since you certainly want to protect yourself from this kind of exposure again. I would not consider this a high risk issue. I would be much more concerned about traumatic anal intercourse. | ||||||||
