how can if get heptiatis c every never did drugs or use needles

I never did drugs or needles and i was recently diganosis with heptitatis c could the results be true or in correct

Yes! I would request a RIBA test - this is more specific - I use this in these very kind of cases where someone without risk gets a positive test result.
